At Bad Batch, we stand by our quality, but if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
